Book a Pitch or a Stall at the Games
We have 2 options for exhibitors on the day. There are some images below to show you what the options are. You can set up from the Friday evening.

Option 1 - Stalls
We have a section of pre-built market stalls, appx 2.5m wide. These are covered over the top and come with a trestle-style table and a chair.

Option 2 - Pitch
If you have your own set-up/tent/gazebo etc you can book a much larger space-only pitch on which you can build your custom stand. These are typically 5m wide by 5m deep, with space behind to park your vehicle. Access is usually available to set up from the Friday onwards. These are £65 each. **If booking a pitch space, please include the size of your gazebo/stand in the product info box**

Food Vendors
If you are a food vendor, please email us on treasurer@lochcarrongames.org.uk as these bookings are dealt with separately.
